Markcus Cueva Santos

Human Resources Senior Generalist

Markcus provides technical and administrative support for all functions within the Human Resources department. He assists the Director of Human Resources in the oversight of workers' compensation claims, employee incidents, and other areas within risk management. In addition, he oversees the recruitment process for the company and the administration of employee benefits, specifically with regards to health insurance and the Affordable Care Act.

Leydy Cortez-Islas

Human Resources Generalist

Leydy handles all recruitment and onboarding, provides state and federal mandated training and has been instrumental in providing administrative support for areas within the Human Resources department such as workers compensation, responding to personnel matters, and handling special projects. Leydy assists in the tracking and follow-through of various functions within HR to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Destiny Ortega

Travel Coordinator, Field Support, Personnel Support (Temporary)

Destiny provides personnel support for our Human Resources department. Destiny is responsible for all travel arrangements and reconciles travel claims.  She is also responsible for acquiring requested field and office supplies. In addition, Destiny processes Travel Advance Requests and establishes and maintains employee files.
